Neat idea!! I'd love to make one to hang out by the fireplace, but first I need a fireplace, hahaha. This would make a great gift for my parents though, TFS!!

OMGosh, we are actually planning our Disney vacation too.
Even if you've been there a million times, it's always overwhelming because there is just sooo much to do and every single year they have something new!
I suggest you go to the Magic Kingdom (definitely), MGM they will also love and it's the "smallest" park and I consider it to be little kids park. Adults love it too.
I would definitely consider taking your kiddos to a character dinner. They have tons. I recommend lunch or dinner at Chef Mickey's (The Contemporary Hotel) and/or dinner at Cinderella's castle.
Whereever you go you will have a great time.
